10 days left...

So the "Due Date" says :)....not much progress...but still praying.  The house looks like a bomb went off, so have not taken many pics of the girls...at the moment I am too weary and uncomfortable to think about it.  They are as adorable as ever.  Anya has started saying some things more intelligibly--like 'Bible' and 'eat' and [where] 'is she?' and [there] 'she is' (speaking of Kyria). Pray all is well around your worlds.

The Simple Woman's Daybook

Well, Rachel...Jennie....here we go :)
The Simple Woman's Daybook
Outside my window...
is bright sunshine and leaves slowly turning colors
I am thinking...
absolutely NOTHING!
I am thankful for...
my hubby--God bless him, he does so much for me right now.
that my baby is headed for heaven--see post below!
From the kitchen...
dishes, trash, and dinner have my name on them.
I am wearing...
my LARGEST skirt and top :)
I am creating...
the last baby fat before this little one comes to meet us.
I am going...
no place today--at least not as of right now-but that is subject to change :)
I am reading...
Christian Womanhood Magazine, and anything that will put me to sleep at night!
I am hoping...(praying)...
to have to leave for the hospital in the next 24 hours--and I will be praying that UNTIL I GO!
I am hearing...
runny noses, and Curious George
Around the house...
a toy here, and a toy there....
One of my favorite things...
when John comes home everyday!
A few plans...
drs appt tomorrow, church on wednesday....unless I'm having a baby!
Picture thought...
self explanatory :)

Angels are singing!!

As I sat on the couch this morning -just wishing for a little more sleep, I received a phone call from my husband-on his way to church with the girls.  My little Kyria had wanted to talk about asking Jesus to be her Saviour, so John pulled over to the side of the road and got in the back seat with her. She knows all about it as we speak of it often, but this time she made the decision to pray for herself! It was most definitely the BEST phone call I ever received, and I had a very peaceful sleep shortly after that!
The Lord has blessed my family and me far above anything I could ever have dreamed. I have been praying for Kyria to realize her need for PERSONALLY asking Jesus to save her. We talk of it often, as I said; but she didn't really seem to get the personal part...Praise the Lord, she does now!
I am still just praying, hourly, that that Mikalah will come-NOW...but I know that God knows best.  So I also pray for the strength I need to just make it to the bathroom :) or the kitchen or to pick Anya up out of her crib or to read a book on the floor--yes, I still sit on the floor, though it is comical to watch me get up!
Thanks for stopping by...can you hear the angels singing?
