 I know that most people who will read this here on our blog are Americans who are proud of our soldiers and love and even know a few brave men and women, but this poem bears sharing - even to you. Like you, I know some brave ones who have been or are currently overseas... Please don't forget to say a pray for them each night at you admire your own tree and lights.

A new look!

For those of you who do not know, John took over doing our church's website this past summer (and lots other computer "stuff"). He has learned a lot in a short time :) but had to take a break from doing much with the web-site when he had to get the grade program ready for the new school year and teach full-time for the first quarter, as well as his other duties. Now that he has had time to breath, this is his first completed project on the site - YEAH!! So go to mountainviewbaptist.org and click on the Missionaries link to see it. I, of course, think it is wonderful! (I'm his biggest fan!)

I am working on getting pictures from our Thanksgiving Day fun ready to post. We had a great day with friends, and the girls got to play at a park - so it was a GOOD day :D !!
